Employee Referral 

The People & Culture Team invites employees to refer candidates for open positions across the organization. The following process will guide the referral and reward mechanism:

Referral Process

Announcement

The People & Culture Team sends an email to all employees, detailing the current open positions eligible for referral.

Submission

Interested employees should respond with the resume of the referred candidate, directly emailing it to the People & Culture department.

Shortlisting & Interviews

The referred candidates, if shortlisted, will be scheduled for interviews by HR. The interview process follows the standard recruitment procedures.

Communication of Status

HR will keep the referring employee informed regarding the status and progress of their referred candidate throughout the hiring process.

Referral Incentive

Upon successful confirmation of the referred employee, the referring employee will be eligible for a referral incentive. This incentive is payable only if both the referring employee and the referred employee are on the company rolls at the time of disbursement.

Applicability 

This referral policy is only applicable from the Executive to the General Manager. Referral Incentive Structure by Candidate Designation
