Objective
The objective of this policy is to furnish employees with clear guidelines regarding their Working Hours to ensure alignment with the organizational Goals.
General guidelines
- Employees must mark their In and Out time as per shift time in the biometric.
- If an employee is unable to mark attendance because of an electricity outage, an Internet issue, a system error, or any other genuine reason, they can apply for attendance regularization and get it approved by the Reporting Manager in the Spine Portal before the 22nd of every Month.
- Employees will be given extended concessions in exceptional situations, such as vote casting, water logging, train service disruptions, etc. The People and Culture Department will make the final decision.
- Any employee wishing to take a half-day leave must work at least five hours.

Attendance Exceptions
The Sales Team and Field Executives (BL Team, Drivers, and office assistants) are exempted from marking daily attendance on the days they are on the field. They need to regularize the attendance regularly. On the days they report to the office, they need to mark their attendance.
